CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS WHERE TO SECURE

  1. Permit to Cut Trees, Fuel wood and Wood Charcoals
  2. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or Attorney-in-Fact
         - For applicant being represented Association or Partnership or Cooperative
         - For applicant that are not the owner or relative only of the owner of land
  3. For New Clients
         - Transport Permit from DENR
    For Renewal
         - Previous Transport Permit from DENR
