The City Planning & Development Office is responsible for the issuance of Locational Clearance to applicants to ensure conformity of the area for their desired construction. (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Special Projects.

  2. Barangay Clearance - 1 copy
  3. Barangay Endorsement (Social Acceptability)
  4. Land Title (if photocopy must be certified true copy from the Registry of Deeds)/Deed of Sale - 1 copy
  5. Vicinity Map - 1 copy
  6. Bill of Materials - 1 copy
  7. Tax Declaration - 1 copy
  8. Building Plans - 5 sets
  9. SPA or Authority to Process (if processed by a representative) - 1 copy
  10. Authority to Construct (notarized) if applicant is not the registered Lot Owner - 1 copy
  11. Environment Compliance Certificate/Certificate of Non Coverage (New Applicant) for Industrial , Commercial & Special Projects - 1 copy
